During this time of self-isolation take some time to learn some new life skills. Did you know that cooking is a wonderful skill to have?

Can you include all five food groups?

1. Fruits (apple, berries, banana)
2. Proteins (meats - chicken, beef)
3. Whole Grains (breads, oatmeal)
4. Dairy (milk, cheese)
5. Vegetables (spinach, cucumber)

Do not forget to get your parents/ guardians to help teach you!

Take some time this week to learn how to cook three different breakfasts!

Examples include:

 Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, Waffles, Hashbrowns, Oatmeal, Fruit bowls

At the end of the week can you create a breakfast with three different food groups in it?

Take some time this week to learn how to cook three different lunches
 
Examples include:

 Sandwiches, Wraps, Soup, Grill Cheese, Salad
